The “Pulled Pork Bandit” has struck again, but this time with his top-secret family meat sauce.
I didn’t get step-by-step photos this round, but if you’re looking for a hearty sauce, this is definitely it!

THE BEST MEAT SAUCE AROUND
1 1/2 lb. ground beef (or ground pork, venison, etc.)
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
2 medium green bell peppers, chopped
1 (30 oz) can of tomato sauce
1 (12 oz) can of tomato paste
1 TB sugar
Bacon drippings
-Saute garlic in bacon drippings
-Add ground meat and onions
-Cook until the meat is browned
-Add in remaining ingredients
-Simmer: the longer, the better
-Serve over pasta
